These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pk988. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bet or wager on the pk988 platform.

4.3 Account CurrencyAll pk988 Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, withdrawals, bets, winnings, and bonuses are credited and debited in PKR. No currency conversion is applied to your Account balance.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pk988 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

6.2 Minimum DepositThe minimum deposit amount on pk988 is Rs. 200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account. Maximum deposit limits may apply at pk988's discretion or as directed by your chosen payment provider.
6.3 Withdrawal ProcessingWithdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your pk988 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. pk988 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable security checks.
6.4 No Third-Party PaymentsYou must only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. Any deposit received from a third-party payment method will be returned to the source, and associated winnings may be voided. pk988 operates a strict anti-money laundering policy and reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
All bets and wagers placed on the pk988 Platform are subject to these Terms and the specific rules applicable to each product category (sportsbook, live casino, slots, etc.). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that product.
7.1 SportsbookAll sports bets placed on pk988 — including cricket, PSL, football, UFC, and other markets — are settled in accordance with official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body. In the event of an obviously incorrect price being displayed due to a technical error, pk988 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Accounts.
7.2 Live CasinoLive casino games are governed by the rules of each individual game as presented at the table. In the event of a technical disruption during a live game round, bets placed for that round will be voided and stakes returned unless the outcome can be unambiguously determined from available game data.

8.1 Wagering RequirementsUnless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, all Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered at least the number of times specified in the applicable promotion terms before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.

pk988 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon Account termination for cause, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money deposits that are not subject to forfeiture under these Terms will be returned to the Player via the original payment method following the completion of any applicable investigation period.

14.3 Final & Binding DecisionsThe decision of pk988 following completion of the internal complaints procedure is final and binding, subject only to escalation to the relevant licensing authority as described in clause 14.2. You agree not to initiate legal proceedings against pk988 without first exhausting the complaints procedure set out in this clause.
pk988 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pk988 will provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, notifying registered Players via email or in-Platform notification.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the pk988 Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk988 is licensed to operate. To the extent permissible by law, you agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent pk988 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to protect its rights or the integrity of the Platform.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
